Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Our international suppliers offer offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5–13 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over R1500.00.
Dropshipping & Supplier Delays: Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers. In such cases, delivery may take longer than standard estimates. You will be notified if there are any significant delays.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
International Shipping: At this time, we primarily ship within South Africa. For international enquiries, please contact us.
Lost or Damaged Parcels: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
